Former Seawolf Elisha Harris completed her second season
on head coach Tim Moser’s staff in 2011-12, helping UAA return to the
NCAA Division II Elite Eight for the first time since her playing days.
After playing on the Seawolves’ Final Four teams in 2007-08 and 2008-09,
Harris completed her athletic eligibility in 2010 by becoming the first
UAA javelin thrower to qualify for the NCAA Track & Field
Championships.
With the West Jordan, Utah, native on the basketball coaching staff, the
Seawolves have gone a combined 57-12 over the past two seasons,
including two Great Northwest Athletic Conference Tournament titles, the
2011-12 GNAC regular-season title and a trip to the 2012 national
quarterfinals.
Harris earned her bachelor’s degree in sociology from UAA in 2010.
