MANKATO, MINN. – Marc Michaelis scored two goals and added one assist to lead No. 3 Minnesota State to a 6-0 win over Alaska Anchorage Saturday in Mankato.

The Mavericks scored three goals in the first period and three in the second but were held scoreless for the final 31 minutes.

The Seawolves were whistled for 23 penalty minutes but only allowed one power-play goal.

Alaska Anchorage will play at Bemidji State Dec. 15-15.
