BOWLING GREEN, OHIO – Bowling Green had nine different players record a point in the team's 4-1 win over Alaska Anchorage Saturday.
The Seawolves got an early lead after Luc Brown tipped in a centering pass from Zach Nazzarett at 10:39 of the first period. Tanner Schachle assisted on Brown's sixth goal of the season.
Casey Linkenheld tied the game at 1-1 with a Flacon's goal at 17:27 of the first period.
Bowling Green would score two more goals in the second period. Tim Theocharidis scored on the powerplay at 2:47, and Adam Conquest netted an even-strength goal at 16:05.
Sam Craggs deflected a shot past Kris Carlson at 8:49 of the third period to complete the scoring.
UAA was out-shot 32-11 and was scoreless on it's only powerplay opportunity. Bowling Green was 1-for-3 on the man advantage.
Kris Carlson finished with 28 saves for UAA.
Alaska Anchorage will play a non-conference series at Arizona State Feb. 14-15.
