NO LUCK AT HOME: The Seawolves suffered rare back-to-back losses on their home court last week, falling 3-1 to Simon Fraser and 3-0 to Western Washington ... in the first match, Sr. OH Nicole Blue had 16 kills, but the Red Leafs pulled out the key points late in the first and fourth sets for a 26-24, 16-25, 25-16, 25-22 win ... on Saturday, Blue delivered a match-high 13 kills and Jr. L Reilly Plumhoff managed 12 digs, but the Vikings outhit the hosts .233 to .130 for a 26-24, 25-23, 25-16 victory.

KILLER 'E's: UAA's two veteran returners in the middle have stepped into leadership roles this season as Jr. MB Leilani Elder and Jr. MB Isabel Evans are combining for 3.22 kills and 1.85 blocks per set thus far ...
