ANCHORAGE, ALASKA – Connor Marritt scored 2:22 into overtime to lift the University of Alaska Anchorage to a 4-3 win over Lindenwood University Saturday.
UAA finishes the season with an 8-19-1 mark, the most wins in a season since 2015-16 when the Seawolves won 11 games.

Ben Almquist put the Seawolves on the scoreboard with his ninth goal of the season in the final minute of the first period.
Just like yesterday, the second period was a high-scoring affair that featured five goals, including three in a span of 41 seconds.
Rowan Miller earned his first career-point with an assist on Davis Goukler's goal at 4:26 of the second period.
Kabore Dunn put the Lions on the board 35 seconds later, but Maximilion Helgeson scored his team-leading 12th goal of the season just six seconds later.
Lindenwood tied the game after goals by David Gagnon and Zachary Aughe at 10:05 and 12:14 of the second period.
The third period was once again riddled with penalties with eight penalties for 38 minutes, 34 or which were on the Lions.
UAA was scoreless on their two power-play chances in the third before Marritt scored his eighth goal of the season on the powerplay in overtime.
UAA finished 1-for-5 on the powerplay and held Lindenwood scoreless on their lone powerplay.
The Seawolves out-shot the Lions 36-26, and Nolan Kent finished with 23 saves.
Davis Goukler, Ben Almquist and Connor Marritt each finished with one goal and one assist.
The game was the final game for four Seawolves Nolan Kent (61 GP, 18-29-1, .893, 3.20), Caleb Hite (99 GP, 9-13—22), Jamie Collins (105 GP, 6-11—17) and Derek Hamelin (97 GP, 1-21—22).
