Alaska Anchorage will travel to Lindenwood for a two-game series Feb. 16-17.  

Series
The Seawolves and Lions met two previous times in Anchorage last season. The two teams skated to a 7-7 tie in the first game with the Seawolves winning the second 4-3.  

Point Streak
Senior Ben Almquist and freshman Aiden Westin are both on a three-game point streak. Almquist has scored one goal and two assists, and Westin has scored two goals and one assist during their respective streaks.  

Shorty
Senior Connor Marritt scored a short-handed goal last week against LIU. The short-handed goal was the first by a Seawolf since Jan. 24, 2020 when Trey deGraaf scored a shorty against Lake Superior State. 

Multi-Point Games
UAA had three players record multiple points in last week's win against LIU. Freshman Riley Thompson, Connor Marritt and Aiden Westin each scored one goal and one assist against the Sharks.  

Second Win
Freshman Greg Orosz earned his second career win after making 22 saves in a 3-1 win over LIU. Orosz has an .892 save percentage and a 3.68 goals against average. 

Sunday Success
Last week's win over LIU was the first win on a Sunday for the Seawolves this season. 

One-Goal Games
Alaska Anchorage is 5-6-0 in one goal games this season. 

Third Period
The Seawolves are 9-1-0 when leading after the second period and 0-12-2 when it is trailing after the second period.  

Last Time Out
Alaska Anchorage split last weekend's series with Long Island. The Sharks won game one 2-1 with the Seawolves winning game two 3-1.
