WORCESTER, MASS. – Dylan Contreras and Aiden Westin each scored for Alaska Anchorage in a 7-2 loss at Holy Cross Thursday.
The Seawolves scored first for the fifth straight game when Dylan Contreras skated across the face of the goal before beating Crusaders goalie Connor MacKenzie top shelf at 6:22 of the opening period.
The Crusaders scored four straight goals before Aiden Westin tipped in a shot by Joey Potter at 14:16 of the second period.
Holy Cross tacked on three more goals in the third period.
Greg Orosz made 43 saves for the Seawolves.
Alaska Anchorage finished 1-for-2 on the powerplay, and Holy Cross was 1-for-3.
Alaska Anchorage will conclude its East Coast road trip with a rematch with Holy Cross Sunday.
