ANCHORAGE, ALASKA – Jaeden Mercier tallied a hat-trick for Lindenwood in a 6-4 win over Alaska Anchorage at the Avis Alaska Sports Complex Friday.

Karter McNarland scored two goals, and Jarred White scored one goal and one assist for the Seawolves.

Jaeden Mercier scored his first goal for the Lions 27 seconds into the game, but Karter McNarland responded with back-to-back goals at 9:05 and 15:20 of the first.

The Lions regained the lead, 3-2, with two goals in the second period.

Jarred White tied the game at 3-3 with his third goal of the season 17 seconds into the third period.

The Lions scored a pair of goals 16 seconds apart, but Dimitry Kebreau scored his seventh goal of the season at 17:34.

David Gagnon sealed the win for Lindenwood with an empty-net goal at 18:23.

The Lions led in shots 28-22, and finished 1-for-2 on the powerplay. UAA was 0-for-1.

Tyler Krivtsov made 22 saves for UAA.

Alaska Anchorage will host Lindenwood in its final game of the season Saturday at 7 pm.
