PARK CITY, UTAH – Ashleigh Alexander led the University of Alaska Anchorage ski team with a 14th place finish in the giant slalom at the Utah Invite Sunday.
Alexander finished with a two-run time of 2:08.63.
The Seawolves next three skiers finished in a pack with Carmen Nielssen 19th (2:09.44), Ainsley Proffit 20th (2:09.64) and Olivia Carrier 21st (2:10.19). Ella Bromee was 26th (2:12.15).
Jan Ronner was the top UAA man placing 15th (2:03.51).
Dylan Timm finished tied for 22nd (2:04.83), and Caeden Carruthers was 29th (2:07.80).
UAA is currently fifth out of nine times heading into the invite's final race, the slalom, Monday.
Colorado won both individual titles. Etienne Mazellier won the men's race (2:01.49), and Louison Accambray won the women's (2:03.81).
