ATLANTA (Mar. 20) – Alaska Anchorage senior Tori Hollingshead added to her haul of postseason honors Thursday, earning an honorable mention spot on the Women's Basketball Coaches Association NCAA Div. II All-America Team.

A 6-3 center, Hollingshead was recognized among the nation's top 40 players after helping UAA to a 28-5 record, the Great Northwest Athletic Conference regular-season and tournament titles, and an NCAA Tournament Second Rebound berth.

The Orem, Utah native was the Seawolves' leading scorer (14.5 ppg), rebounder (8.0 rpg) and shot blocker (1.4), along with 2.0 steals per game and a .511 field goal percentage. She was the only player in the GNAC to rank top 10 in scoring (7th), rebounding (2nd), blocks (2nd), steals (6th) and FG% (5th), while leading the league with 13 double-doubles and 4.4 offensive rebounds per game.

The GNAC Tournament MVP and a unanimous First Team All-GNAC selection, Hollingshead registered nine double-doubles in the final 11 games, finishing with 18 points and 15 rebounds in the GNAC title-game win over Saint Martin's, a career-high 28 points (13-20 FG), 10 rebounds and three blocks in the 69-66 NCAA First Round win over MSU Billings, and 17 points (8-12 FG), 15 rebounds and three steals in the 63-61 NCAA Second Round loss to top-seeded and eventual West Region champion CSU Dominguez Hills.

A two-year transfer from Umpqua (Ore.) Community College, she finished No. 13 on UAA's career list for scoring average (13.6), along with No. 3 in blocks per game (1.6) and No. 7 in total blocks (95). She was also a D2CCA First Team All-West Region selection this year, and a Second Team All-GNAC pick as a junior in 2023-24.

Hollingshead becomes the ninth player in UAA history to earn either honorable mention or first- or second-team All-America recognition.
