ANCHORAGE, ALASKA – University of Alaska Anchorage hockey coach Matt Shasby announced the signing of four players for the 2026-27 season.
Tanner Walos
Hartland, Wis. – Salmon Arm Silverbacks (BCHL)
Forward – 5-11 – 190 lbs.
Tanner Walos scored 21 goals and 45 assists for 66 points in 259 games during his junior career that spanned five seasons. The native of Hartland, Wis. played three seasons (2021-24) for the Fargo Force (USHL) scoring eight goals and 21 assists for 29 points. He has spent the last three seasons with the Salmon Arm Silverbacks scoring 13 goals and 24 assists for 37 points in 118 games played.
Ethan Neutens
Cochrane, Alberta – Medicine Hat Tigers (WHL)
Forward – 6-3 – 207 lbs.
Ethan Neutens has scored 26 goals and 33 assists for 59 points in 253 games over the last five seasons that has included stops with the Kelowna Rockets (WHL) and Medicine Hat Tigers (WHL). The native of Cochrane, Alberta tallied 28 points (12 goals, 16 assists) in 150 games for the Kelowna Rockets. He has spent the last three seasons with the Medicine Hat Tigers (BCHL) scoring 14 goals and 17 assists in 100 career games and leading the Tigers to the WHL Championship in 2024-25.
Jason Davenport
Shelby Township, Mich. – Des Moines Buccaneers (USHL)
Defense – 6-2 – 183 lbs.
Jason Davenport has scored 10 goals and 30 assists for 40 points in 159 career games over the last four seasons. The native of Shelby Township, Mich. has tallied eight points (one goal, seven assists) this season for the Des Moines Buccaneers (USHL). He recorded a career-high 20 points (four goals, 16 assists) in 66 games for the Leamington Flyers (OJHL) in 2023-24. Davenport scored five goals and seven assists in 53 games for the West Kelowna Warriors (BCHL), Powell River Kings (BCHL) and Blackfalds Bulldogs (BCHL) in 2024-25.
Victor Mannebratt

Victor Mannebratt has scored 23 goals and 54 assists for 77 points in 152 games over the last four seasons. The native of Saro, Sweden has scored 20 goals and 39 assists in 82 games for the Maryland Black Bears (NAHL) from 2024-26. He played two seasons (2022-24) for Vastra Frolunda Jr. (Swedish) scoring three goals and 15 assists in 67 career games and played three games for the Youngstown Phantoms in 2024-25.
