SOLDIER HOLLOW, UTAH – Alexandra Otto finished 11th in the 20-kilometer freestyle to lead the University of Alaska Anchorage on the final day of the RMISA Championships.
She finished in a time of 56:37.
Marit Flora finished 12th in 56:40.
Constance Lapointe was 15th (58:27), Dashe McCabe 16th (58:29) and Hedda Halvari 17th (58:31).
Erling Bjornstad was the top finisher for the Seawolves in the men's race placing 16th (52:29).
Matt Seline and Garrett Siever finished 18th (53:17) and 19th (53:31).
Hermod Bangstad was 21st (54:06), Ethan Eski 25th (54:26) and Parke Chapin 27th (55:06).
Giorgio Baldo led the UAA men in the giant slalom placing 16th (1:36.58).
Dylan Timm ripped the second-fastest second run of the day to move from 25th to 18th (1:36.60).
Tommaso Olcese and Carlo Cordone finished 24th (1:37.17) and 25th (1:37.25).
Ainsley Proffit and Olivia Carrier finished 23rd (1:39.81) and 26th (1:41.35) in the women's giant slalom.
Alaska Anchorage finished fifth out of nine teams in the team standings.
Colorado won three of the day's races with Tilde Baangman winning the women's 20-kilometer freestyle (52:36), Louison Accambray the women's giant slalom (1:35.51) and Feb Allasina the men's giant slalom (1:34.76). Mons Melbye of Utah won the men's freestyle race (48:58).
Qualifiers for the NCAA National Championships will be announced next week.
