Biography

2002-03: Started 19 games at point guard, ranking third on the team in scoring (8.7) and second in assists (3.0)…ranked third in GNAC with a 2.1-to-1 assist-to-turnover ratio…scored in double figures 11 times, including career-high 32 points (9-9 FT) in an overtime loss to second-ranked Humboldt State…set school record with 20 three-point attempts in that HSU game…recorded double-double with 14 points and career-high 11 assists in loss to Christian Brothers…scored 24 points and dished six assists in home win over Seattle Pacific…finished UAA career No. 5 in threes made (147), No. 12 in three-point percentage (.372) and No. 15 in total assists (210).

2001-02: Ranked fifth in the GNAC in three-point percentage (41.2) and 10th in threes made per game (1.88)…UAA’s fourth-leading scorer at 7.7 ppg…scored career-high 22 points (7-11 FG, 5-8 3FG, 3-3 FT) in Feb. 21 OT loss to nationally ranked Seattle Pacific…scored 18 (6-10 3FG) in narrow Jan. 12 loss at Top 10-ranked Humboldt State…dished five assists on two occasions, including vs. Division I power Indiana in the season-opener.

2000-01: As UAA's top reserve, he ranked fifth on the team in scoring (8.1 ppg), second in three-point percentage (.393) and second in assists (3.5 apg)...Pac West Conference ranks included ninth in assist-to-turnover ratio (1.87-1), 17th in three-pointers per game (1.76), 20th in three-point percentage and 16th in assists...scored in double-figures nine times, including a streak of six straight games from Feb. 9-19...nailed five three-pointers on two occasions...scored a career-high 17 points and dished six assists in win over MSU Billings (Feb. 16)...had career-high eight assists and shot 4-for-5 against Southwestern (Dec. 29).

BEFORE UAA: As a freshman at Southwestern (Iowa) Community College in 1999-00, Gallatin was selected first team all-conference after leading his team in scoring (13.4), assists (6.2), steals (1.3), three-point field goal percentage (41.9) and free throw percentage (85.3)...he piloted the Spartans to a 19-11 record, topping the league in free throw shooting and three-pointers made (93).

HIGH SCHOOL: Led Fremont High to the Class A state tournament in 1998 and 1999...was twice named all-state honorable mention and received first team all-conference accolades as a senior...led the state of Nebraska in free throw percentage as a senior (85.3) and was No. 2 in three-point percent (48.0).

PERSONAL: Born Cody Michael Gallatin on March 28, 1981 in Fremont, Neb....son of Michael and Sandy Gallatin...journalism and public communications major.
