Biography

2004-05: Led Seawolves with 15.5 points per game to rank No. 11 in the Great Northwest Athletic Conference scoring race ... finished No. 9 in GNAC free throw rankings (.825) ... received All-AT&T Alacom Jamboree honors after helping UAA to triple-OT victory over Caldwell in the season-opener with 28 points (6-14 FG, 14-17 FT), 3 assists and 4 steals ... scored 38 points (9-19 FG, 4-9 3FG, 16-18 FT), tied for ninth-most ever by a Seawolf, in double-OT loss to Seattle Pacific (2/19) ... reached 20-point mark eight times, including 20 (7-14 FG) in a win at Saint Martin's (2/10) and 20 (7-13 FG, 5-6 FT) in a 69-68 win over Seattle University (2/3) ... 16 free throws made against SPU were one short of school record, while the 14 against Caldwell tied for 6th-most by a UAA player ... missed eight games in December and January with a broken right (non-shooting) hand.

BEFORE UAA: Played junior year at Division I Florida International in 2003-04, averaging 10.1 points, 2.1 rebounds and 1.5 assists in the Golden Panthers' starting lineup...as a sophomore at South Mountain (Ariz.) Community College, ranked third among NJCAA Division II scorers with 25.6 points per game, earning third-team All-America, Region I MVP and unanimous all-conference honors...also averaged five assists and three rebounds at SMCC.

HIGH SCHOOL: All-East Valley and All-State honorable mention selection averaged state-leading 24.6 points per game as a senior...set Mesa High records for points in a season and free throws in a game (17)...McDonald's All-American nominee.

PERSONAL: Born Marcus L. Robinson on Feb. 23, 1981 in Phoenix, Ariz....son of Hal Lee Robinson and Blanca Estella Robinson...enjoys computers, music and video games...physical education major.
