Biography

2022-23 (Sr.): Started five of 15 appearances after missing first half of campaign with preseason foot injury … averaged 2.8 points and was team’s third-leading rebounder with 3.5 rpg … grabbed multiple boards in 14 of 15 outings, including season-high 6 rebounds in home win over Alaska Fairbanks … had season-high 10 points (3-5 FG, 4-5 FT) and snatched 5 rebounds in OT road loss to Northwest Nazarene … earned team’s top grade-point average at 3.77, repeating on GNAC All-Academic Team … finished with UAA career ranks of 31st in total rebounds (403) and 16th in victories (91).
 
2021-22 (Jr.): Came off bench in every contest, averaging 4.3 points on team-best .525 FG shooting for Seawolf club that went 20-7, finished GNAC runner-up and made NCAA Tournament … team’s second-leading rebounder (3.9 rpg) despite logging just 15.4 minutes per game … shot 50 percent or better in nine of last 11 games, connecting at .639 (23-36) rate in February and March … scored career-high 17 points (8-10 FG) in overtime loss at Hawaii-Hilo … other top efforts included 10 points (5-7 FG), 2 steals and a block in comeback road win over fellow NCAA qualifier Central Washington; 10 points (5-8 FG), 5 rebounds and 2 steals in win over Hillsdale; 9 points, 4 rebounds and 2 steals in road win over Saint Martin’s; and 8 points (4-4 FG) in road win over Simon Fraser … repeated as Academic All-GNAC selection, producing UAA’s second-best overall GPA at 3.73.

2020-21: Averaged 6.3 points and was team’s second-leading rebounder with 5.0 rpg in brief pandemic-forced three-game campaign … scored career-high 13 points on 6-of-6 shooting and grabbed six rebounds to power road win over Multnomah.

2019-20 (So.): Averaged 3.4 points per game was second-leading rebounder with 3.7 rpg for Seawolf club that went 31-2 and swept GNAC regular-season and tournament titles … helped UAA to No. 4 national ranking and No. 2 seed in NCAA West Regional Championships prior to coronavirus-caused cancellation of playoffs … averaged 6.7 ppg (20-37 FG) and 4.7 rpg over final seven games, boosted by 10 points (5-8 FG), 4 rebounds and 2 steals in 79-77 GNAC Tourney semifinal win over Central Washington … other top efforts included 7 points and 3 rebounds in win over No. 23 Westminster; 7 points (3-4 FG) and 4 rebounds in home win over CWU; 8 points (4-5 FG) in just 9 minutes of road win over MSU Billings; 7 points, 9 rebounds, 2 blocks and 2 steals in home win over Simon Fraser; and 6 points (3-5 FG) and 7 rebounds in GNAC Tourney title-game victory over Western Washington … ranked 13th in GNAC stats with 1.8 offensive rebounds per game … made GNAC All-Academic Team with Seawolves’ second-highest overall GPA at 3.77.

2018-19 (Fr.): Played in every game as key reserve for UAA team that finished 30-3, won GNAC title and reached NCAA Tournament ‘Sweet 16’ ... had seven games with at least 7 points and eight games with 6-plus rebounds ... top efforts included 12 points (5-9 FG), 8 rebounds, 2 assists and no turnovers in home win over Saint Martin’s; 12 points (6-8 FG) and 7 rebounds in road win over Saints; 10 rebounds in win over Cal St. Dominguez Hills; and 9 points (3-4 FG, 3-4 FT) and 8 rebounds in GNAC Tournament title-game loss to No. 9 Northwest Nazarene.
