Parking Information
Paid parking for regular lots is no longer required for UAA Athletics ticketed sporting contests at the Alaska Airlines Center and Avis Alaska Sports Complex, as of the 2024-25 season. Below is a list of current parking options.
Free Parking
Alaska Airlines Center: The larger Main Lot will no longer require permits during UAA Athletics sporting contests. Additional nearby lots, such as the Library Lot and the East Parking Lot, are not enforced on Friday-Sunday. The Providence Parking Garages continue to be available for parking after 5pm only Monday-Friday and all day Saturday-Sunday. Event parking is not allowed at the Student Housing Lots or the Providence surface lots.Â
Avis Alaska Sports Complex: All lots surrounding the AASC, except for the designated Reserved Lot, will no longer require permits during UAA Athletics sporting contests. Additional nearby options, such as the North Parking Lot and Engineering Parking Garage, are not enforced on Friday-Sunday.Â
All posted and restricted areas (Fire Lanes, ADA spaces, Loading Zones, Priority, etc.) are enforced year-round.Â
Reserved Lot Permit
Alaska Airlines Center: This option is available for $200 and allows you to park in the AAC Reserved Lot for all UAA Athletics ticketed sporting contests. These passes are limited in number and are available on a first come, first served basis online or at the AAC Terry Ann Homan Box Office.
Avis Alaska Sports Complex: This option is available for $75 and allows you to park in the AASC Reserved Lot for all UAA Athletics ticketed sporting contests. These passes are limited in number and are available on a first come, first served basis online or at the AAC Terry Ann Homan Box Office.
Regular Campus Enforcement
Valid permits are required to park across the UAA Campus Monday-Thursday from 7:30 am-7:30 pm. The Reserved Lot permits are not valid outside of UAA Athletics ticketed sporting contests. Visit theÂ
