2022-23: CROSS COUNTRY: Earned GNAC All-Academic Team honors...ran a season-best time of 22:25 to finish 20tht at the GNAC Championships...finished third (20:23) at the Blu & Gold Race and fourth (24:41) at the Seawolf Throwdown...finished 27th (23:21) at the Bill Roe Classic, 90th (23:04) at the DII Pre-Nationals and 99th (23:20) at the West Region Championships. INDOOR: Ran season-bests of 2:24.22 for 800, 5:28.67 for the mile and 10:44.38 for 3,000-meters. OUTDOOR: Finished fourth in the 5,000 (18:52.36), fifth in the steeplechase (11:15.01) and 10th in the 800 (2:17.46) at the GNAC Championships...ran a personal-best of 11:15.01 in the steeplechase, the 10th-fastest time in school history...ran a personal-best of 2:17.06 in the 800 at the Ralph Vernacchia Track Meet...ran a personal-best of 17:55.96 in the 5,000 at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic. 

2021-22: CROSS COUNTRY: Earned GNAC All-Academic Team honors...opened the season with a seventh-place finish at the UAF Blue and Gold Race and followed up with a fifth-place finish at the Seawolf Throwdown...ran a career-best 20:33 for 5K to place 22nd at the Chambers Bay Collegiate Open...finished 45th at the GNAC Championships and 105th at the NCAA West Regional. INDOOR: Member of the distance medley relay that finished second (12:28.62) at the GNAC Championships...ran a personal-best time of 10:30.21 to finish seventh in the 3,000 at the GNAC Championships...ran a personal-best time of 5:24.27 in the mile at the UW Invite. OUTDOOR: Earned GNAC All-Academic Team honors...finished fourth in the steeplechase (11:28.15) and ran a personal-best time of 4:40.37 to finish sixth in the 1,500 at the GNAC Championships...ran personal-bests of 1:00.96 for 400, 4:40.37 for 1,500, 5:05.01 for one mile, 11:25.18 for the steeplechase and 18:29.80 for the 5,000.

2020-21: CROSS COUNTRY: Earned GNAC All-Academic team honors. INDOOR: Did not compete. OUTDOOR: Earned GNAC All-Academic Team honors...finished 12th in the 400 in a personal-best time of 1:02.85 at the GNAC Championships...ran season-best times of 2:23.77 for 800 and 5:22.00 for 1,500...member of winning 4x400 relay teams at the Ralph Vernacchia Invite, the Linfield Invitational and the WWU Invite. 

2019-20: CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in five races ... finished 51st (24:47) at the GNAC Championships, 149th (23:45) at the NCAA West Regional and 254th (24:07) at the NCAA National Championships. INDOOR: Did not compete. OUTDOOR: Did not compete. 

Prior to UAA: Attended Cooperative University of Kenya ... served as team leader and captain. 

Personal: Majoring in marketing and global logistics and supply chain management ... daughter of Daniel and Felisters ... has two brothers, Justus and Richard, and two sisters, Judith and Faith.
