2022-23: CROSS COUNTRY: Earned GNAC All-Academic Team honors...ran a season-best time of 24:45 to finish 13th at the GNAC Championships...followed up a 39th-place finish (31:33) at the West Region Championships...opened the year with a runner-up finish (27:52) at the Blue & Gold Race...placed 36th (26:04) at the Bill Roe Classic and 69th (25:20) at the DII Pre-Nationals. INDOOR: Finished 11th in the 5,000 at the GNAC Championships...ran a personal-best time of 9:00.95 in the 3,000. OUTDOOR: Threw a season-best 13-11.5 in the shot put at the Ralph Vernacchia Track Meet. 

2021-22: CROSS COUNTRY: Opened the season with a sixith-place finish at the UAF Blue and Gold Race...followed up with a fifth-place showing at the Seawolf Throwdown...finished 11th at the Chambers Bay Collegiate Open. INDOOR: Ran a personal-best of 15:15.31 for 5,000 at the UW Invite. OUTDOOR: Placed fifth in the 10,000 and ninth in the 5,000 at the GNAC Championships...ran personal-bests of 2:05.56 for 800, 4:07.89 for 1,500, 14:54.31 for 5,000 and 30:56.60 for 10,000. 

2020-21: Did not compete.
