2024-25: CROSS COUNTRY: earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors...finished 31st at the GNAC Championships and 62nd at the NCAA West Regional...finished sixth at the Blue & Gold Meet and seventh at the Seawolf Throwdown. INDOOR: Finished eighth in the 800 (2:18.18) and mile (5:17.03) at the GNAC Championships...ran a personal-best of 10:39.46 in the 3,000. OUTDOOR: Finished ninth in the 1,500 (4:44.44) and 11th in the 800 (2:18.93) at the GNAC Championships...ran season-bests of 2:17.74 in the 800 and 4:40.36 in the 1,500. 

Prior to UAA: Ran personal-bests of 2:17.25 for 800 and 4:50.67 for 1,500.
