2024-25: CROSS COUNTRY - Earned GNAC All-Academic honors...earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors...earned All-GNAC honors with a fifth place finish (21:45) at the GNAC Championships...earned All-Region honors with a 15th place finish (21:31) at the West Regional Championships...finished third at the Seawolf Throwdown, 13th at the Bill Roe Classic and 36th at the Lewis Crossover. 

2023-24: CROSS COUNTRY - Earned Academic All-District honors from the College Sports Communicators...earned All-GNAC honors with a fifth-place finish (21:18) at the GNAC Championships...earned all-region honors after placing 25th at the NCAA West Regional...finished fourth at the Seawolf Throwdown and 10th at the WWU Bill Roe Classic. INDOOR: Earned All-GNAC honors finishing second in the 5,000 (17:33.32) and fifth in the 3,000 (10:16.79)...ran personal-bests of 9:56.30 for 3,000, the seventh-fastest time ever at UAA, and 17:16.40 for 5,000, sixth-fastest time ever at UAA. OUTDOOR: Ran a personal-best of 4:36.47 in the 1,500 at the Mangrum Invite...ran a personal-best of 17:18.43 in the 5,000 at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic. 

2022-23: INDOOR: Earned Academic All-GNAC honors...finished sixth in the distance medley relay at the GNAC Championships. OUTDOOR: Earned All-GNAC honors with a third-place finish in the 10,000 (37:21.63) at the GNAC Championships...ran season-bests of 17:31.76 in the 5,000 and 4:40.72 in the 1,500.
