Community College squad that went 19-15 and advanced to the NJCAA Region 9 title game for just the second time in program history … led squad with 5.8 rebounds per game and was third-leading scorer with 11.4 points per game … scored double figures 20 times, including career-high 31 points in 98-96 road loss to No. 11 South Plains … registered five double-doubles, including 12 points and 11 rebounds in regular-season win over eventual Region 9 champ Trinidad State, and 22 points and 10 rebounds in win over North Platte … one of 25 Colorado community college students statewide selected for Rising Star Award, honoring leadership in academics and sports … graduated summa cum laude (4.00 GPA) and was NJCAA Academic First Team honoree.
