2006-07: Played in 27 of 28 games, taking over starting role in early January ... ranked 8th on team in scoring (5.0 ppg), 4th in assists (1.6 apg), and 3rd in 3FG% (.436) ... broke UAA freshman 3FG% record and ranked 5th on frosh lists for FG% (.438), 3FG made (24), and games started (16) ... scored season-high 15 points (5-8 FG, 3-5 3FG, 2-2 FT) and dished 4 assists to spark runaway win at Western Washington ... other top games included 11 points (3-6 3FG, 2-3 FG), 4 rebounds, 3 assists in Carrs/Safeway Great Alaska Shootout win over Div. I Missouri-Kansas City; 11 pts (4-5 FG, 3-3 3FG), 3 assists, 0 turnovers, 2 steals in home win over Central Washington; and 8 pts (3-6 FG, 2-3 FT) in victory at UAF.

HIGH SCHOOL: Two-time first-team all-state pick at Heritage Christian School ... helped Eagles to back-to-back Class 3A state titles ... as a senior, averaged 14 points per game for the season and team-high 15.3 ppg during Heritage’s state tourney run ... tallied 14 points and grabbed six of his tourney-best 14 steals in 59-31 title-game victory over Cordova ... Eagles went 21-3 in 2005-06, winning their 15 games against 3A competition by an average of 37.5 points ... Heritage also captured the Alaska Airlines Classic as Millar put up 14 points in the championship win over Notre Dame (Va.) Academy, and Eagles became first Alaska team ever to advance to finals of prestigious Cactus Jam in Phoenix ... was also named all-tourney at both tournaments ... first-team all-state as a junior for Heritage's 26-1 state title squad ... earned third-team all-state and all-region honors as a sophomore ... lettered three times in basketball and once in soccer ... honor roll student.
