Former Seawolf Chris Kamal is in his third season with head coach Matt Thomas’s staff and his second as an assistant coach in 2017-18.

A four-year letterwinner for the Seawolves, Kamal was a goaltender from 2010-14posting a 21-38-5 career record between the pipes. In the all-time UAA record book, he finished with ranks of second in goals-against average (3.08) and shutouts (5), sixth in save percentage (.888), ninth in minutes played (3,850.56), tied for 10th in wins (21), and 11th in saves (1,568).

Originally from Alpharetta, Ga., Kamal graduated in 2014 with his degree in management and marketing.
