PD Melgoza will serve as the director of hockey operations for the 2019-20 season after serving as a volunteer assistant coach working with the goaltenders in 2019-20.

Melgoza joins the Seawolves after spending the previous two seasons with the Los Angeles Kings organization, where he served as an assistant coach with the U-18 AAA, U-16 AAA and U-14 AAA teams and was the assistant director of goaltending. He has served as an assistant coach and head goaltending coach at Loyola Marymount University, a scout with the Thunder Bay North Stars (Junior A) and worked for CCM and Mission/Bauer. In addition to his duties with UAA, he will be working with AK Goaltending in Anchorage.
