2023-24: Earned USCSCA All-Academic honors...competed in 11 races...finished 11th in the five-kilometer freestyle race at the Denver Invite...placed 15th in the sprint at the Westminster Invite. 

2022-23: Finished 32nd in the five-kilometer freestyle and 32nd in the 20-kilometer classic at the NCAA National Championship...placed 10th in the five-kilometer freestyle at the NCAA West Region Championships...finished a season-best fifth in the freestyle sprints at the UAA Invite...followed up with an 11th-place finish in the 10-kilometer classic...posted five top-10 finishes. 

2021-22: Finished 11th in the 15-kilometer freestyle and 15th in the five-kilometer classic at the NCAA National Championships...finished in the top-10 in six of the eight races she competed in...represented Canada at the biathlon Junior World Championships finishing 16th in the sprint, 30th in the pursuit and 40th in the individual...posted a season-best finish of sixth in the freestyle race at the MSU Invite...finished seventh in the classic race at the UAF Invite...finished eighth in the classic and freestyle races at the Utah Invite...won a silver medal in the junior women's classic sprint at the US National Championships...earned National Collegiate All-Academic Ski Team honors from the United States Collegiate Ski Coaches Association.

2020-21: Named to the National Collegiate All-Academic Ski Team by the United States Collegiate Ski Coaches Association...finished 17th in the classic and 23rd in the freestyle at the NCAA National Championships...opened the season tying for 11th in the freestyle and 15th in the classic race at the DU Invite...tied for 10th in the freestyle and 17th in the classic races at the RMISA Invitational at Utah...represented Canada at the International Biathlon Union World Youth Championships in Obertillach, Austria...helped Canada to an 11th place finish in the 3x6-kilometer relay...finished 17th in the 6-kilometer sprint, 37th in the 10-kilometer individual, and 42nd in the 7.5-kilometer pursuit. 

Prior to UAA: A 2020 graduate of Western High School where he was a member of the honor roll...competed for the Foothills Nordic Ski Club.

Personal: Daughter of Clayton Paradis and Marlies van Dijk...has one sister, Desiree.
