2022-23: Competed in 12 races, finishing a season-best of sixth in the classic race at RMISA Qualifier. 

2021-22: Earned All-RMISA Honorable Mention honors...finished fourth in the classic race and 13th in the freestyle race at the Utah Invite...finished fifth in the classic race at the RMISA Qualifier.

2020-21: Named to the National Collegiate All-Academic Ski Team by the United States Collegiate Ski Coaches Association...earned All-American honors with a fifth place finish in the freestyle at the NCAA National Championships and placed 19th in the classic races...opened the season with a 16th place finish in the freestyle and third in the classic races at the DU Invite...placed third in the freestyle and sixth in the classic races at the RMISA Invitational at Utah...finished third in the classic and seventh in the freestyle at the RMISA Invitational at Westminster...placed third in the classic and sixth in the freestyle at the RMISA Championships. 

2019-20: Earned All-American honors with a fourth-place finish in the 10-kilometer freestyle at the NCAA Championships ... finished fifth in the 10-kilometer freestyle and seventh in the 20-kilometer classic race at the RMISA Championships ... won the 10-kilometer freestyle and second in the 10-kilometer classic race at the Utah Invite ... RMISA Men's Nordic Athlete of the Year ... RMISA Nordic MVP ... placed third in both the 10-kilometer freestyle and third in the 10-kilometer classic at the Denver Invite ... opened the season with a fourth-place finish in the 20-kilometer classic and 11th in the 10-kilometer freestyle at the Colorado Invite. 

2018-19: NCAA National Runner-Up in the 20-kilometer classic at the NCAA National Championships ... finished 14th in the 10-kilometer freestyle at the NCAA National Championships ... won the classic sprint at the RMISA Championships and finished third in the 10-kilometer freestyle ... won the 10-kilometer classic race and placed third in the 10-kilometer freestyle race at the CU Invite.

Prior to UAA: Competed in soccer, track and field, orienteering, biathlon, ski jumping and Nordic combined.

Personal: Son of Gjermund and Sunniva...has four siblings, Mathilde, Ragnhild, Tuva and An-Magritt...cousin Bernhard Roenning skied at Montana State and his cousin Eldar Roenning is a World Cup winner and World Champion.
