PRIOR TO UAA: Four-time team caaptain...three-time Eastern Shore District Champion in 800 and 1600...first-team all-region and state...four-time VHSL State Championship qualifier...district record holder in the 800m, 1600m, and 5K...four-time letter holder in XC and three-time in track & field...ran personal-bests of 1:59.61 in the 800 and 4:30.52 in the 1,6000...fifth in both 800m and 1600m at 2025 VHSL State Championship...seventh in the 1,600 at the 2024 VHSL State Championship...2024 Region 2A XC Runner-Up...multiple top-10 district, regional, and state finishes...also participated in soccer. 

PERSONAL: Son of Shaun and Katie...has one sister, Lindsay...father Shaun played basketball at UAA (1996-01)...enjoys flying, backpacking and spending time with friends...favorite food is chocolate chip pancakes.
