2024-25: Earned the department's Golden Dumbbell Award for his work in the weightroom...INDOOR: Finished eighth in the long jump (6.29/20-7.75) at the Silver & Blue Invitational. OUTDOOR: Did not compete. 

2023-24: INDOOR: Earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors...finished fourth in the heptathlon at the GNAC Championships with a score of 4,428 points...member of 4x400 relay that placed second in 3:18.33, the sixth-fastest time all-time at UAA...placed 14th in the long jump (20-6.5) at the GNAC Championships...posted a personal-best score of 4,602 points in the hepthatlon, fourth-best all-time at UAA...ran a personal-best of 9.00 in the 60 hurdles, tied for ninth-best all-time at UAA...high jumped a personal-best 5-11, the seventh-best mark ever at UAA...pole vaulted a personal-best 12-4, the fourth-best mark ever at UAA...long jumped a personal-best of 21-3.25, ninth-best all-time at UAA...threw 37-9.5 in the shot put, fifth-best all-time at UAA. OUTDOOR: Earned All-GNAC honors with a third-place finish in the decathlon (6,230 points) at the GNAC Championships...finished third in the 4x400 (3:19.77), 10th in the high jump (5-11.5) and 11th in the 110 hurdles (15.82) at the GNAC Championships...recorded top-10 performances at UAA in four events, fourth in the decathlon (6,230), sixth in the pole vault (11-7.75), eighth in the high jump (5-11.75) and eighth in the javelin (157-10).
