2024-25: CROSS COUNTRY: Earned GNAC All-Academic honors...earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors...finished 15th at the GNAC Championships and 65th at the NCAA West Regional...placed sixth at the Sewolf Throwdown and seventh at the Blue & Gold Meet. INDOOR: Finished fifth in the 5,000 (18:03.77) and eighth in the 3,000 (10:18.18) at the GNAC Championships...ran personal-bests of 5:09.75 in the mile, 10:09.36 in the 3,000 and 17:36.96 in the 5,000. OUTDOOR: Finished sixth in the 1,500 (4:42.61) and 14th in the steeplechase (11:55.98) at the GNAC Championships...ran a personal-best of 11:25.29 at the Leopard Invitational.

2023-24: CROSS COUNTRY - Ran a personal-best of 23:29 for 6K to finish 39th at the GNAC Championships...finished 92nd at the NCAA West Regional...opened the season with a personal-best time of 20:24 for 5K to place eighth at the Seawolf Throwdown...finished ninth at the Nanook Frontier Clash. INDOOR: Earned Academic All-GNAC honors...ran a personal-best of 18:38.61 to finish 11th in the 5,000 and ran a personal-best of 10:36.78 to finish 14th in the 3,000 at the GNAC Championships...ran a personal-best of 5:19.65 in the mile. OUTDOOR: Finished eighth in the steeplechase (11:42.14) and 16th in the 5,000 (19:03.08) at the GNAC Championships...ran personal-bests of 11:25.56 in the steeplechase and 17:53.33 in the 5,000. 

2022-23: CROSS COUNTRY - Did not compete. INDOOR: Finished sixth in the distance medley relay and 13th in the 3,000 at the GNAC Championships...ran personal-bests of 2:24.34 in the 800 and 10:44.12 in the 3,000. OUTDOOR: Finished 10th in the steeplechase (11:56.89) at the GNAC Championships...ran a personal-best of 4:57.20 in the 1,500 at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic. 

Prior to UAA: Two-time state champion winning the 2019 cross country state title and the state title in the 4x200 in 2022...holds school records in the 4x100 and 4x200...valedictorian, a member of the National Honor Society and was a high honors student...also competed in basketball. 

Personal: Daughter of Kelly and Bill...has a brother, Eli...enjoys writing, biking and hiking.
