2022-23: CROSS COUNTRY: Earned GNAC All-Academic Team honors...finished 10th (22:19) at the Blue & Gold Race. INDOOR: Finished sixth in the 800 (2:22.84) at the GNAC Championships...ran a season-best time of 2:19.47 in the 800, the 10th-fastest time in school history. OUTDOOR: Finished 15th in the 800 (2:19.68) at the GNAC Championships...ran a personal-best of 1:00.90 in the 400 at the Aztec Invitational. 

2021-22: CROSS COUNTRY: Earned GNAC All-Academic Team honors...finished 14th at the Chambers Bay Collegiate Open in time of 19:58 for 5K...placed 38th at the GNAC Championships in a time of 23:58 for 6K. INDOOR: Finished second in the distance medley relay at the GNAC Championships in a time of 12:28.62. OUTDOOR: Earned GNAC All-Academic Team honors...placed seventh in the 800 (2:20.46) and 12th in the 1,500 (4:52.48) at the GNAC Championships...ran personal-bests of 2:17.21 for 800 and 4:42.01 for 1,500. 

2020-21: CROSS COUNTRY: Earned GNAC All-Academic team honors...Did not compete. INDOOR: Did not compete. OUTDOOR: Earned GNAC All-Academic Team honors...Did not compete. 

2019-20: INDOOR - Did not compete. OUTDOOR - Did not compete. 

At Weber State -  Outdoor (2019): Competed in five meets for the Wildcats during the season...had a seasonal best time of 2:19.73 in the 800 meters at the UNLV Invitational to finish eighth...was also fifth in the 800 at the UVU Invitational and sixth at the Weber State Twilight Meet...earned Big Sky Academic All-Conference honors in Health Administration. Indoor (2019) Competed in five meets for the Wildcats including the Big Sky Championships...ran as part of the sixth place finishing Distance Medley Relay at the conference meet...ran a seasonal best time of 2:22.18 in the 800 at the Ed Jocoby Invite to finish 10th...highest finish was second in the 800 at the WSU Indoor and Winter Open meets.
