Biography

2012: Competed in the 400 meters at the Azusa Pacific Bryan Clay Invite, finishing with a time of 52.39 … competed in the 800 meters at the Willamette Invitational on March 30, posting a time of 1:59.94.

2011: Posted a career-best time in the 200 meters (23.87) at the Willamette Invite on April 2 … recorded UAA’s 3rd-fastest time of the season in the 400 meters (50.77) at the Occidental Invite on May 7 … registered the 5th-best time of the season for UAA in the 800 meters, clocking in at 1:58.92 at the Long Beach Invite on April 16 … member of the 4x100-meter relay team on April 2 that posted UAA’s 3rd-best time in that event at 41.91 … named to the GNAC Academic All-Conference team for first time of career.

2010: Finished rookie campaign as a member of UAA’s record-breaking and NCAA provisional qualifying 4x400-meter relay team ... as the second leg, helped UAA to a time of 3:14.98 at the Occidental Invite on May 8 ... earned all-conference honors when the 4x4 team successfully defended its GNAC title with a time of 3:16.10 ... recorded UAA’s 4th-best time in the 400 meters (50.38) and 5th-best time in the 800 meters (1:57.09).

BEFORE UAA: Earned four letters in track & field and three in football ... was selected as senior captain of the football team and received the All-Alaska Quarterback honor ... named track team captain during senior season ... received CHS Coaches’ Award and Outstanding Mid-Distance honor ... the 2008 region champion in the 800 meters and a member of the region champion 4x400-relay team.
