2021-22: CROSS COUNTRY: Made her cross country debut with an 11th place finish at the UAF Blue Gold Race in a time of 25:44 for 5K...followed up with an 11th place showing at the Seawolf Throwdown in a time of 29:08 for 6K...finished 49th at the Chambers Bay Collegiate Open and 75th at the GNAC Championships. INDOOR: Did not compete. OUTDOOR: Earned All-American honors with a 12th-place finish in the heptathlon at the NCAA National Championships...finished 16th in the 400 hurdles at the NCAA National Championships...ran a school-record time of 14.10 in the 100 hurdles in the heptathlon at the NCAA National Championships...earned GNAC All-Academic Team honors...won the heptathlon, finished second in the 400 hurdles, third in the 100 hurdles and third in the 4x400 at the GNAC Championships...ran a personal-best time, and the second-fastest in school history, in the 400 hurdles (1:00.16)...jumped a personal-best of 5-7.25 in the high jump, second-best mark in school history...earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors. 

2020-21: INDOOR: Did not compete. OUTDOOR: Earned All-GNAC honors after finishing second in the 400 hurdles (1:03.48) and second in the heptathlon with a personal-best score of 4,855 points...ran a personal-best time of 14.63 to finish fifth at the GNAC Championships...Finished fourth in the 4x100 (49.08), fourth in the 4x400 (3:57.49), seventh in the long jump (17-9.75) and seventh in the high jump (5-1.75) at the GNAC Championships...won the 400 hurdles, 4x100, 4x400, finished second in the 100 hurdles and long jump and placed third in the high jump at the John Knight Twilight.

2019-20: INDOOR: Earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the pentathlon and long jump ... recorded a personal-best score of 3,543 points to win the pentathlon at the GNAC Championships ... finished fifth in the 60 hurdles (8.96) and sixth in the 4x400 (4:01.45) at the GNAC Championships ... ran a personal-best time of 8.96 to finish ninth in the 60 hurdles at the UW Invitational ... jumped a personal-best of 18-7 to finish third in the long jump at the GVSU Big Meet. OUTDOOR: Did not compete.  

2018-19: INDOOR - Finished fourth in the 4x400 (3:55.88), sixth in the 60 hurdles (9.05) and sixth in the pentathlon (3,229 points, third-best score in school history) at the GNAC Championships ... long jumped 17-1.25 at the GNAC Championships, the fourth-best mark in school history ... Placed second in the 60 hurdles at the SPU Last Chance Meet in a time of 9.04, the fourth-fastest time in school history ... Ran a season-best time of 1:01.34 in the 400 at the SPU Last Chance Meet, the 10th-fastest mark in school history. OUTDOOR - Finished sixth in the heptathlon with a personal-best score of 4,593 points at the GNAC Championships ... finished fourth in the 4x100 (48.47), fourth in the 4x400 (3:52.17), seventh in the 100 hurdles (15.10), 10th in the 400 hurdles (1:04.95) and 13th in the long jump (16-11.5) at the GNAC Championships ... won the 100 hurdles (14.90), 4x100 (48.32) and leaped a personal-best 18-0.5 to win the long jump at the Linfield Open ... ran a personal-best time of 14.77 in the 100 hurdles at the Beach Invitational. 

2017-18: INDOOR - Finished sixth in the pentathlon (3,109 points) and 13th in the hurdles (9.52) at the GNAC Championships ... ranks third in school history in the high jump with a leap of 5-0.5 in the pentathlon at the GNAC Championships ... ranks fifth in the long jump in school history after leaping 15-11.75 at the GNAC Championships ... pentathlon score of 3,109 points ranks third all-time at UAA ... threw 28-7.75 in the shot put at the GNAC Championships, the fifth-best mark in program history. OUTDOOR - Finished fourth in the 4x100 relay (48.46), eighth in the heptathlon (4,257 points) and ninth in the 100 hurdles (15.12) at the GNAC Championships ... ran a time of 14.98 in the 100 hurdles at the Beach Invite, the eighth-best time in school history ... member of 4x100 relay that ran 48.46 at the GNAC Championships, the seventh-fastest time in UAA history.

2016-17: INDOOR - Finished seventh in the 60 hurdles (9.24) and ninth in the pentathlon (2,788 points) at the GNAC Championships ... ranks third (2,788 points) in the pentathlom and sixth in the 60 hurdles (9.24) at UAA ... ranks third in the high jump (4-10.25), fifth in the shot put (25-0), fifth in the long jump (14-5) ... OUTDOOR - Placed fifth in the 400 hurdles (1:03.00), sixth in the 100 hurdles (15.19), and seventh in the heptathlon (4,518 points) at the GNAC Championships ... ranks fourth at UAA in the 400 hurdles (1:03.00) and eighth in the 100 hurdles (15.02) ... tied for sixth at UAA in the high jump (4-11.75), sixth in the heptathlon (4,518 points), seventh in the javelin (88-7) and ninth in the long jump (17-0.75).
