2025-26: CROSS COUNTRY: GNAC Newcomer of the Year after finishing 22nd (25:08) at the GNAC Championships...finished 37th (31:05) at the NCAA West Regional Championships...finished 151st (32:13) at the NCAA Div. II National Championships. INDOOR: Finished fourth in the distance medley relay in 10:18.30, the eighth-fastest time in school history, and fifth in the mile (4:17.42) at the GNAC Championships. OUTDOOR: Finished sixth in the 1,500 (3:52.98) at the GNAC Championships...ran a personal-best of 1:54.42 in the 800...ran a season-best of 3:48.11 in the 1,500.  

AT CHRISTIAN BROTHERS UNIVERSITY: Ran personal-bests of 1:54.48 for 800, 3:47.53 for 1,500, 4:08.97 for the mile and 8:27.87 for 3,000.

PERSONAL: Son of Pam and Ian...finished third in the 800 at the Welsh Championships...favorite athlete is Jake Weightman and is a fan of Ineos Grenadiers...enjoys a full English fry up...has a forehand that makes Roger Federer jealous.
