2023-24: CROSS COUNTRY: Finished 13th at the GNAC Championships...placed 57th at the NCAA West Regional and ran a personal-best of 32:02 to finish 185th at the NCAA Div. II Cross Country National Championships...placed third at the Nanook Frontier Clash and fifth at the Seawolf Throwdown. INDOOR: Did not compete. OUTDOOR: Finished seventh in the 10,000 (32:30.38) at the GNAC Championships...ran season-bests of 4:06.06 in the 1,500, 15:03.24 in the 5,000 and 31:59.11 in the 10,000.
