2022-23: INDOOR - Finished sixth in the distance medley relay, seventh in the 4x400, 20th in the 60 and 22nd in the 200 at the GNAC Championships...ran a personal best of 7.23 in the 60. OUTDOOR: Finished third in the 4x100 (42.62) and 15th in the 200 (23.75) at the GNAC Championships...ran season-bests of 11.37 in the 100 and 22.80 in the 200.

2021-22: INDOOR - Ran a personal-best time of 23.14 in the 200 to finish 16th and ran 55.47 to place 24th in the 400 at the GNAC Championships...ran a personal-best time of 7.35 in the 60 at the UW Invite. OUTDOOR - Earned GNAC All-Academic Team honors...finished fourth in the 4x100 at the GNAC Championships...ran personal-best times of 11.29 for 100 and 22.96 for 200. 

2020-21: INDOOR - Did not compete. OUTDOOR - Earned GNAC All-Academic Team honors...finished sixth in the 4x400 (3:23.87) and seventh in the 4x100 (43.79) at the GNAC Championships...finished 11th in the 400 (55.77) and ran a personal-best of 23.17 to finish 14th in the 200 at the GNAC Championships...ran a season-best time of 11.69 in the 100 at the John Knight Twilight. 

2019-20: INDOOR - Ran a personal-best time of 53.43 to finish 17th in the 400 at the GNAC Championships ... ran personal-bests of 7.46 for 60 and 24.33 for 200. OUTDOOR - Did not compete. 

PRIOR TO UAA: Five-time team captain in cross country and track and field at Service High School. 

PERSONAL: Born December 17, 2000 ... a sociology major ... son of Michael and Milason ... has one brother, Andrew.
