2024-25: CROSS COUNTRY - Earned GNAC All-Academic honors...earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors...earned All-GNAC honors with a fifth-place finish (24:40) at the GNAC Championships...earned all-region honors finishing eighth (30:44) at the West Region Championships...finished 91st at the NCAA Div. II Cross Country National Championships. INDOOR: Ran a season-best of 8:35.44 in the 3,000. OUTDOOR: Earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the steeplechase. OUTDOOR: Finished second in the steeplechase (9:04.85) at the GNAC Championships...ran personal-bests of 3:55.56 in the 1,500, 9:01.54 in the steeplechase and 14:26.06 in the 5,000. 

2023-24: CROSS COUNTRY - Earned Academic All-District honors from the College Sports Communicators...finished 11th at the GNAC Championships, 30th at the NCAA West Regional and 198th at the NCAA Div. II Cross Country National Championships...won the Nanook Frontier Clash...ran a personal-best of 15:25.5 for 5K to finish second at the Seawolf Throwdown...ran a personal-best of 25:09 for 8K to finish eighth at the WWU Bill Roe Classic. INDOOR: Earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors...earned Academic All-GNAC honors...finished fifth in the 5,000 (14:49.80) and 12th in the 3,000 (8:44.47) at the GNAC Championships...ran a personal-best of 14:46.36 in the 5,000. OUTDOOR: Ran a personal-best time of 9:07.84 in the steeplechase, the eighth-fastest time in school history...ran a personal-best time of 14:28.75 in the 5,000. 

2022-23: CROSS COUNTRY - Did not compete. INDOOR - Did not compete. OUTDOOR - Finished fifth in the 5,000 (15:10.77) at the GNAC Championships...ran a personal-best of 14:51.52 in the 5,000 and a season-best of 4:01.17 in the 1,500. 

Prior to UAA: Transfer from the University of Idaho where he ran personal-bests of 3:58 for 1,500, 8:32 for 3,000 and 31:17 for 10K in cross country...was the 2019 Oregon 4A State Champion in cross country.
