2024-25: INDOOR: Finished fourth in the 60 hurdles (9.08) and fifth in the 4x400 (4:01.13) at the GNAC Championships...ran a personal-best of 8.88 in the 60 hurdles to finish second at the Nevada Invite...ranks fourth in the 60 hurdles in school history. OUTDOOR: Earned All-GNAC honors with a third-place finish in the 100 hurdles (14.46)...her time of 14.46 in the 100 hurdles ranks fifth all-time at UAA...ran a personal-best of 1:05.24 to finish sixth in the 400 hurdles at the GNAC Championships...finished sixth in the 4x400 (3:57.57) at the GNAC Championships...ran a personal-best of 13.08 in the 100 at the Pacific Coast Intercollegiate.

2023-24: INDOOR: Finished 11th in the 60th hurdles at the GNAC Championships...ran a personal-best of 9.27 in the 60 hurdles, the 10th-fastest time all-time at UAA...ran a personal-best of 1:03.29 in the 400. OUTDOOR: Finished seventh in the 4x400 (4:05.65), 13th in the100 hurdles (15.30) and 14th in the 400 hurdles (1:08.37) at the GNAC Championships...ran personal-bests of 14.97 in the 100 hurdles, 1:06.79 in the 400 hurdles and 27.66 in the 200.

PRIOR TO UAA: Won the 100 hurdles for British Columbia High Schools...podiumed in Canadian Legion Junior Nationals...MVP of volleyball team...played rugby and basketball. 

PERSONAL: Daughter of Sophie Simmons and Lee Simmons...has one sibling Kade...enjoys snowboarding, surfing, hiking and guitar.
