2020-21: INDOOR: Did not compete. OUTDOOR: Earned USTFCCCA All-West Region honors in the steeplechase...finished sixth in the 4x400 (3:23.87) and seventh in the steeplechase (9:18.48) at the GNAC Championships...ran a personal-best, and the third-best time in school history, time of 8:55.38 in the steeplechase at the Oregon Twilight...won the steeplechase at the Linfield Open, WWU Invite and John Knight Twilight. 

2019-20: INDOOR: Earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the distance medley relay ... qualified for the NCAA Championships in the distance medley relay ... GNAC Champion in the distance medley relay ... finished third in the mile (4:16.39) and 21st in the 3,000 (9:03.75) at the GNAC Championships ...  ran personal-bests of 2:34.47 for 1,000, 4:16.31 for the mile and 8:37.43 for 3,000. OUTDOOR - Did not compete.  

At Notre Dame de Namur (2018) - Second Team All-PacWest ... placed 6th with a time of 27:28.8 at the NDNU Argonaut Invitational 8K (9/1) ... placed 15th with a time of 26:17.2 at the Kim Duyst Twilight XC Invitational 8K (9/8) ... placed 10th with a time of 26:07.8 at the San Francisco State Invitational 8K (9/21) ... placed 135th with a time of 26:24.3 at the Capital Cross Challenge 8K  (9/29) ... placed 23rd with a time of 25:30.8 at the Santa Clara University Bronco Invitational 8K (10/13) ... placed 9th with a time of 25:28.4 at the PacWest Conference Championships 8k (11/2) ... ran his 6.2M PR of 32:32.6 at the NCAA Division ll West Region Cross Country Championships (11/17). 

Gillette College (2017) - Recorded NJCAA All-American honors.

Natrona County High School - Ran Cross Country and track all four years.
