2011 GNAC CHAMPION - 4x400-meter relay

2011: Ended collegiate career with GNAC title and all-conference honor in the 4x400-meter relay; ran lead-off leg of the winning relay that posted a time of 3:17.93 on May 14 … a member of the UAA record-breaking 4x400-meter relay team that posted a time of 3:14.74 on April 16 at the Long Beach Invite … named to the inaugural USTFCCCA Track & Field Div. II All-Region Team … wrapped up season with career-best times in the 200 meters, 400 meters and 800 meters … posted a time of 22.85 in the 200 meters at the Willamette Invite on April 2 … registered a time of 49.98 in the 400 meters at the UNLV Classic on March 5 and a time of 1:54.44 in the 800 meters at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival on March 25 … ranked 4th for UAA this season in the 200 meters, 2nd in the 400 meters and 3rd in the 800 meters … claimed spots on the all-time UAA list in the 200 meters (10th), 400 meters (4th) and  800 meters (7th).

2010: Concluded junior season with personal-best times in the 400 meters (50.17) and 800 meters (1:56.26) ... registered a time of 50.17 in the 400 at the Willamette Invite, good for 4th on the UAA all-time list ... recorded a time of 1:56.26 in the 800 at the Oxy Distance Carnival, good for 10th on the all-time list ... posted UAA’s 3rd-fastest 400 time and 2nd-fastest 800 time ... member of the 4x400-meter relay team on one occasion (Northridge Invite).

2009: Produced two personal-bests during sophomore season ... raced to a career-best time of 22.89 in the 200 meters at the Azusa Pacific Invite and 1:56.72 in the 800 meters at the Oxy Distance Carnival ... recorded UAA’s 5th-best 200 time of the season and the 3rd-best 400 time (50.41), accomplished at the Long Beach Invite on April 18 ... 400 time ranked 3rd on the UAA all-time record list ... ran as a member of the 4x400 relay on two occasions.

2008: Placed 6th in the 400 at the GNAC Championships ... earned all-conference honors as a member of UAA’s winning 4x400-meter relay team at conference meet ... recorded three individual top-10 results ... best finish was 4th in the 400 at the Washington Outdoor Preview ... posted 3rd-best 400 time on Seawolf squad ... member of UAA’s school record-breaking 4x400 relay team (3:17.30) ... relay time ranked as 3rd best in GNAC history.

BEFORE UAA: Earned 2006 Alaska state title in the 400-meter dash.
