2024-25: INDOOR: Earned USTFCCCA All-West Region honors in the 60 hurdles...earned All-GNAC honors with a second-place finish in the 60 hurdles (8.77) at the GNAC Championships...finished fifth in the 4x400 (4:01.13) at the GNAC Championships...ran a school-record time of 8.64 in the 60 hurdles...ran a personal-best time of 8.00 in the 60, the seventh-fastest time in school history. OUTDOOR: Earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the 100 hurdles...Earned All-GNAC honors in both hurdle races finishing second in the 100 hurdles (13.91) and second in the 400 hurdles (1:01.22), the third-fastest time in school history...ran a school record and the fourth-fastest time in GNAC history of 13.81 in the prelims of the 100 hurdles at the GNAC Championships...finished sixth in the 4x400 relay (3:57.57) at the GNAC Championships...ran personal-bests of 12.42 in the 100 and 25.41 in the 200, both times rank 10th all-time at UAA.

2023-24: INDOOR: Finished fifth in the 60 hurdles (8.90) and 12th (59.16) in the 400 at the GNAC Championships...ran a personal-best of 8.88 in the 60 hurdles, the third-fastest time in school history...ran a personal-best of 59.16 in the 400, 10th-best all-time at UAA...ran a personal-best of 8.27 in the 60 and 27.13 in the 200. OUTDOOR: Finished second in the 100 hurdles (14.28), fourth in the 400 hurdles (1:04.17), fourth in the 4x100 (48.09) and seventh in the 4x400 (4:05.65) at the GNAC Championships...ran 14.27 in the 100 hurdles, fourth-fastest all-time at UAA, at the Aztec Invite...ran 1:02.96 in the 400 hurdles, the fourth-fastest time ever at UAA, in the prelims at the GNAC Championships...ran a season-best of 25.89 in the 200 and 12.72 in the 100.

Prior to UAA: Placed fourth in the 300 hurdles at the 2019 German Championships...finished fifth in the 4x100 at the 2022 German Championships. 

Personal: Daughter of Michael Heite and Kornelia Heite...has two siblings, Zoe and Joi.
