2024-25: CROSS COUNTRY: Opened the season with a ninth-place finish at the Blue & Gold Meet...ran a personal-best 23:02 for six-kilometers to finish 30th at the GNAC Championships. INDOOR: Ran a personal-best of 18:17.04 to finish ninth in the 5,000 at the GNAC Championships...finished 15th in the 3,000 at the GNAC Championships...ran personal-bests of 5:23.23 in the mile and 10:21.76 in the 3,000. OUTDOOR: Finished 17th in the 5,000 (18:21.28) at the GNAC Championships...ran personal-bests of 4:53.96 in the 1,500 and 17:54.12 in the 5,000. 

Prior to UAA: Ran personal-bests of 5:19.74 for the 1,600 and 11:05.21 for 3,200....three-time all-conference.
