2024-25: CROSS COUNTRY: Earned GNAC All-Academic honors...placed ninth at the Seawolf Throwdown and 11th at the Blue & Gold Meet...finished 64th at the GNAC Championships. INDOOR: Ran a personal-best time of 10:55.66 in the 3,000. OUTDOOR: Ran personal-bests of 4:57.64 in the 1,500 and 19:47.22 in the 5,000. 

2023-24: CROSS COUNTRY: Finished 70th at the GNAC Championships and 121st at the NCAA West Regional...placed 11th at the Nanook Frontier Clash. INDOOR: Ran a personal-best of 5:31.67 for the mile. OUTDOOR: Ran personal-bests of 5:03.50 for 1,500 and 20:11.15 in the 5,000.
