2006: Earned all-conference honors for the third time in career after placing second in the 100-meter dash at the GNAC Championships ... finished fifth in the 200 at the conference meet ... also ran on both Seawolf men's relay teams at GNACs ... posted top conference time in the 100 during the season with a school-record time of 11.03 at the Willamette Invitational ... recorded eight top-5 results, including five top-3 efforts ... best finish was second (occurred twice in the 100 and once in the 200) ... ran on both UAA relay teams during entire season ... posted second-best school time in the 400 at the Western Oregon Open ... earned academic all-conference honors.

2005: Earned all-conference honors in the 100- and 200-meter dash events after placing third in both at the 2005 Great Northwest Athletic Conference Championships ... first UAA sprinter to garner all-conference recognition ... recorded seven top-5 finishes ... best result was second in the 100 at the Western Oregon Invite ... a member of UAA's 4x400-meter relay team.

HIGH SCHOOL: Alaska State Champion in sprints ... won state title in 100-meter dash in 2004 and in the 200-meter dash in 2003 ... anchored state title winning 400-meter relay team in 2004 ... named men's track team MVP at EHS junior and senior seasons ... a two-year track team captain ... helped lead East to first-ever state team title in boys track and field (2004) ... also earned a state championship in football (2003).
