2023-24: CROSS COUNTRY - Earned Academic All-District honors from the College Sports Communicators...earned All-GNAC honors after finishing sixth (25:10) at the GNAC Championships...finished 39th at the NCAA West Regional and 174th at the NCAA Div. II Cross Country National Championships...earned Academic All-GNAC honors. INDOOR - Earned Academic All-GNAC honors...earned All-GNAC honors in the 3,000 and 5,000 after finishing second (8:26.65) and third (14:42.48) at the GNAC Championships...ran a personal-best time of 14:42.48 in the 5,000, ninth-fastest all-time at UAA. OUTDOOR - Earned All-GNAC honors with a third-place finish in the 1,500 (3:54.37) at the GNAC Championships...finished 12th in the 5,000 (15:29.15) at the GNAC Championships...ran a personal-best time of 14:27.70 in the 5,000. 

2022-23: CROSS COUNTRY - Earned All-GNAC honors and was named the GNAC Newcomer of the Year after finishing sixth (24:12) at the GNAC Championships...Earned All-West Region honors with a seventh-place finish in 30:31...placed 55th (30:47) at the NCAA National Championships...opened the season with a runner-up finish at the Seawolf Throwdown in 26:04...finished 25th (24:37) at the DII Pre-Nationals and 27th (25:48) at the Bill Roe Classic. INDOOR - Finished fourth in the 5,000 (14:45.73) and seventh in the 3,000 (8:31.41) at the GNAC Championships...ran a personal-best time of 8:28.94 in the 3,000 at the Whitworth Invitational...ran a season-best and the ninth-fastest time in school history in the 5,000 (14:45.73. OUTDOOR - Finished fourth in the 10,000 (32:02.46) at the GNAC Championships...ran a personal-best of 30:09.56 in the 10,000...earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors. 

Prior to UAA: Transfer from UNC-Greensboro where he ran personal-bests of 3:57 for 1,500, 8:39 for 3,000, 14:30 for 5,000 and 30:11 for 10,000...was a member of the dean’s list and chancellor’s list as a freshman, sophomore and junior.
