2021-22: CROSS COUNTRY: Was the team's top finisher at every race...finished second at the Chambers Bay Collegate Race in a time of 18:43 for 5K...placed third at the Seawolf Throwdown and fourth at the UAF Blue and Gold Race...finished 29th at the GNAC Championships and 24th at the NCAA West Regional. INDOOR: Earned All-GNAC honors in the mile...finished second in the distance medley relay (12:28.62), third in the mile (5:06.89) and fourth in the 3,000 (10:16.39) at the GNAC Championships. OUTDOOR: Ran personal-bests of 2:29 for 800, 4:35 for 1,500 and 17:53 for 5,000. 

2020-21: Did not compete. 

2019-20: CROSS COUNTRY - Earned All-American honors after finishing 10th (20:30) at the NCAA National Championships ... earned all-region accolades after finishing fourth (20:53) at the NCAA West Regional ... earned All-GNAC honors with a third place finish (21:55) ... won the Western Washington Classic (21:36) and was second (19:33) at the Blue & Gold Run Fest. INDOOR: Earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the mile and distance medley relay ... qualified for the NCAA Championships in the mile and distance medley relay ... GNAC runner-up in the mile (5:01.24) and finished third in the 3,000 in a personal-best time of 9:48.73 ... finished third in the mile (4:54.29) and 3,000 (9:53.80) at the GVSU Big Meet ... placed second in the mile at the Ed Jacoby Invite. OUTDOOR: Did not compete. 

2018-19: CROSS COUNTRY - Competed in all six races ... earned All-American honors with a 38th place finish at the NCAA National Championships ... earned all-region honors after finishing second behind teammate Emmah Chelimo at the NCAA West Region Championships ... earned GNAC Newcomer of the Year and All-GNAC honors after finishing fifth at the GNAC Championships ... opened the season with back-to-back runner-up finishes at the New Balance XC Classic and the UNLV Invite ... placed 29th at the Western Washington Invite. INDOOR - Earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the mile and 3,000 ... ran the seventh-fastest time in school history to win the 5,000 (17:48.46) and earned All-GNAC honors in the 3,000 (10:06.11) after finishing third at the GNAC Championships ... finished 14th in the mile (5:01.15) at the NCAA Championships ... won the mile at the SPU Last Chance Qualifier in the second-fastest time (4:51.09) in school history ... opened the season by running the sixth-fastest time in school history in the 3,000 (9:59.30). OUTDOOR - Finished 17th in the 1,500 (4:41.83) at the NCAA Championships ... finished eighth in the 800 (2:12.60), fifth in the 1,500 (4:29.32) and fifth in the 5,000 (17:16.67) at the GNAC Championships ... won the 1,500 (4:36.20) and finished third in the 800 (2:13.08) at the Linfield Open.

at ALDERSON BROADDUS: Competed in one season of cross country for the Battlers ... opened the season with a fourth-place finish at the Bethany Bison ... won the Frostburg State Invitational ... finished 35th at the GMAC Championships ... placed 49th at the NCAA Midwest Regional.
