2024-25: CROSS COUNTRY - Earned GNAC All-Academic honors...finished eighth at the Seawolf Throwdown in 27:18. INDOOR: Finished eighth in the 5,000 (15:15.99) and 14th in the 3,000 (8:46.84) at the GNAC Championships...ran a personal-best of 8:41.96 in the 3,000. OUTDOOR: Did not compete. 

2023-24: CROSS COUNTRY: Placed 39th at the GNAC Championships and 234th at the NCAA West Regional...earned Academic All-GNAC honors. INDOOR: Earned Academic All-GNAC honors...did not compete. OUTDOOR: Finished sixth in the steeplechase (9:38.30) at the GNAC Championships...ran personal-bests of 4:07.11 in the 1,500, 9:24.18 in the steeplechase and 15:10.83 in the 5,000. 

2022-23: CROSS COUNTRY - Ran a season-best time of 26:31 to finish 47th at the GNAC Championships...followed up with an 86th-place finish at the West Regional Championships in 32:38...finished 171st (27:22) in his collegiate debut at the DII Pre-Nationals. INDOOR: Finished sixth in the distance medley relay (10:31.32) and 18th in the 3,000 in a personal-best time of 8:54.90...ran a personal-best time of 4:25.54 in the mile. OUTDOOR: Ran a personal-best of 9:42.51 to finish 10th in the steeplechase at the GNAC Championships...ran a personal-best of 15:37.77 in the 5,000.

2021-22: CROSS COUNTRY: Did not compete. INDOOR: Ran a personal-best of 16:23.06 to finish 14th in the 5,000 at the GNAC Indoor Championships...finished 21st in the 3,000 (9:13.74) at the GNAC Indoor Championships...ran a personal-best of 9:06.19 in the 3,000 at the GVSU Big Meet. OUTDOOR: Ran a personal-best time of 10:11.76 to finish 11th in the steeplechase at the GNAC Championships...ran personal-bests of 4:11.18 in the 1,500 and 16:12.75 in the 5,000.
