2024-25: Earned the department's Sunshine Award for his glowing positive attitude...CROSS COUNTRY - Earned GNAC All-Academic honors...did not compete. INDOOR - Finished seventh in the mile (4:23.09) and 16th in the 3,000 (8:55.25) at the GNAC Championships...ran personal-best times of 4:23.06 in the mile and 8:55.25 in the 3,000. OUTDOOR: Finished 19th in the steeplechase (10:23.84) at the GNAC Championships...ran personal-bests of 2:03.11 in the 800, 3:57.98 in the 1,500 and 9:46.73 in the steeplechase. 

2023-24: CROSS COUNTRY - Finished 65th at the GNAC Championships...ran a personal-best of 26:14 for 8K to finish 194th at the Lewis Crossover. INDOOR - Earned Academic All-GNAC honors...did not compete. OUTDOOR - Ran personal-bests of 4:08.04 in the 1,500, 10:09.56 in the steeplechase and 16:05.64 in the 5,000. 

2022-23: CROSS COUNTRY - Finished third (27:44) in his collegiate debut at the Seawolf Throwdown...ran a season-best time of 27:34 to finish 72nd at the Bill Roe Classic...finished 68th (28:19) at the GNAC Championships and 182nd (27:43) at the DII Pre-Nationals. INDOOR: Finished sixth in the distance medley relay (10:31.32), seventh in the 4x400 (3:25.56) and 22nd in the mile (4:33.43) at the GNAC Championships...ran personal-bests of 9:15.43 for the 3,000 and 4:33.43 for the mile. OUTDOOR: Did not compete. 

Prior to UAA: A three-time state qualifier and a three-time all-league selection at Douglas County High School...ran personal-bests of 51.1 for 400, 1:58.14 for 800, 4:30.4 (altitude), 9:59 for 3,200 (altitude) and 16:10 for 5K cross country...was a member of the National Honor Society, honor roll and graduated with a 3.85 GPA.

Personal: Son of Michael and Lynese...has two borthers, Theo and Fred, and one sister, Katie...enjoys hacky sack, trail running and time spent with friends outside.
