2024-25: CROSS COUNTRY: Earned GNAC All-Academic honors...finished 40th at the GNAC Championships...placed 11th at the Seawolf Throwdown and 12th at the Blue & Gold Meet. INDOOR: Ran season-bests of 5:32.88 in the mile and 10:57.40 in the 3,000. OUTDOOR: Finished 12th in the 10,000 (39:59.90) at the GNAC Championships...ran personal-bests of 18:13.12 for 5,000 and 38:21.82 for 10,000. 

2023-24: CROSS COUNTRY - Earned Academic All-District honors from the College Sports Communicators...finished 31st at the GNAC Championships and ran a personal-best of 22:21 for 6K to finish 52nd at the NCAA West Regional...earned Academic All-GNAC honors. INDOOR - Earned Academic All-GNAC honors...placed ninth (18:24) in the 5,000 and 17th (10:41) in the 3,000 at the GNAC Championships...ran personal-best of 5:19.76 in the mile and 10:34.28 in the 3,000. OUTDOOR - Did not compete. 

2022-23: CROSS COUNTRY - Ran a season-best time of 22:39 to finish 61st at the West Regional Championships...finished a season-best 37th (22:50) at the GNAC Championships...placed 42nd (24:09) at the Bill Roe Classic and 95th (23:10) at the DII Pre-Nationals. INDOOR: Finished fourth in the 5,000 and 14th in the 3,000 at the GNAC Championships...ran personal-bests of 5:33.66 for the mile, 10:49.58 for 3,000 and 18:31.27 for 5,000. OUTDOOR: Ran a personal-best of 39:00.85 to finish seventh in the 10,000 at the GNAC Championships...ran personal-bests of 4:51.89 in the 1,500 and 18:18.95 in the 5,000.

Prior to UAA: Transfer from Spokane Falls Community College where she ran personal-bests of 4:59 for 1,500, 41:03 for 10,000 and 18:48 for 5K cross country...member of the honor roll at SFCC in 2021 and 2022.

Personal: Daughter of Robert and Emily Wood...has a sister Allie.
