2024-25: CROSS COUNTRY - Earned GNAC All-Academic honors...earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors...finished 15th at the GNAC Championships and 48th at the NCAA West Regional...opened the season with a fourth-place finish at the Blue & Gold Meet. INDOOR - Earned All-GNAC honors after running a personal-best time of 14:50.71 to finish third in the 5,000 at the GNAC Championships...ran a season-best of 8:39.65 in the 3,000. OUTDOOR: Ran season-best times of 3:58.83 in the 1,500 and 14:50.71 in the 5,000. 

2023-24: CROSS COUNTRY - Finished 18th at the GNAC Championships and ran a personal-best time of 32:42 for 10K at the NCAA West Region Championships...placed 228th at the NCAA Div. II Cross Country National Championships. INDOOR - Earned Academic All-GNAC honors...finished fifth in the distance medley relay and 11th in the 3,000 (8:40.94) at the GNAC Championships...ran season-bests of 4:19.21 for the mile and 8:34.66 in the 3,000. OUTDOOR: Finished 10th in the 1,500 (4:00.29) and 18th in the 5,000 (16:00.26) at the GNAC Championships...ran a personal-best of 3:58.35 in the 1,500 and 15:05.52 in the 5,000. 

2022-23: CROSS COUNTRY - Did not compete. INDOOR - Finished sixth in the distance medley relay and 11th in the 3,000 at the GNAC Championships...ran personal-best times of 4:16.95 for the mile and 8:34.42 in the 3,000. OUTDOOR - Did not compete. 

Prior to UAA: A five-time state champion at Grace Christian School winning the 4x800, three team titles in cross country and one team state title in track and field...was a member of the National Honor Society, honor roll and graduated with a 4.0 grade point average.
