2021-22: INDOOR - Earned All-GNAC honors with a runner-up finish in the 400 in a time of 56.72...member of 4x400 relay that finished fourth at the GNAC Championships in 4:01.06. OUTDOOR - Earned All-GNAC honors with a third-place finish in the 400 at the GNAC Championships...finished third in the 4x400 and fourth in the 200 at the GNAC Championships...ran a personal-best of 24.64 for 200. 

2020-21: INDOOR - Did not compete. OUTDOOR - Earned USTFCCCA All-West Region honors in the 400...GNAC champion in the 400 in a time of 55.44, third-best time in school history...led the 4x400 relay to a fourth-place finish (3:57.49) at the GNAC Championships...won the 400 at the John Knight Twilight and the WOU Pop-Up Meet...won the 800 at the WWU Invitational and finished second at the Ralph Vernacchia Invitational.

2019-20: INDOOR - Ran personal-best times of 24.96 for 200, 56.24 for 400 and 2:19.35 for 800 ... finished 10th in the 400 at the GNAC Championships. OUTDOOR - Did not compete. 

2018-19: INDOOR - Finished sixth in the 400 at the UW Preview in a time of 58.42, the sixth-fastest time in school history ... finished 12th in the long jump at the Ed Jacoby Invite with a leap of 16-5.25, the seventh-longest mark in school history. OUTDOOR - Earned All-West Region honors in the 4x400 ... earned All-American honors in the 4x400 after finishing eighth (3:47.87) at the NCAA Championships ... finished fourth in the 4x100 (48.47) and eighth in the 400 (1:04.71) at the GNAC Championships ... ran a season-best time of 25.14 to finish ninth in the 200 at the GNAC Championships ... won the 4x100 and 4x400 at the Linfield Open ... ran a personal-best 56.31 in the 400 at the Bryan Clay Invitational ... won the 4x400 at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic.
